Revive Your Life 10-Day Challenge
Daniel 1:12—“Test your servants for ten days; let us be given vegetables to eat and water to drink.”
- On days 1,2,3,4,5,9, and 10 you are allowed to eat balanced meals that follow the Revive Portion Control Plan and No C.R.A.P. guidelines. Days 6,7, and 8 are “non-eating” days and only drinking fresh vegetable and fruit juices are permitted.
Day 1. 3 balanced meals, fresh vegetable and fruit juice for snacks between meals. For best results eat mainly fresh fruits/vegetables with meals plus 60 ounces of water during the day.
Day 2. 3 balanced meals, fresh vegetable and fruit juice for snacks between meals. For best results eat mainly fresh fruits/vegetables with meals plus 72 ounces of water during the day.
Day 3. 2 balanced meals, 1 fresh vegetable and fruit juice supplemented for breakfast, lunch or dinner plus 72 ounces of water throughout the day.
Day 4. 1 balanced meal, 2 fresh vegetable and fruit juices supplemented for breakfast, lunch, or dinner plus 72 ounces of water during the day.
Day 5. 1 balanced meal, 3 fresh vegetable and fruit juices for remaining meals plus 72 ounces of water during the day.
Day 6. No eating—Drink only fresh vegetable and fruit juices throughout the day plus 72 ounces of water during the day. Fight the urge to give in, you can beat the mind game of hunger.
Day 7. No eating—Drink only fresh vegetable and fruit juices throughout the day plus 72 ounces of water during the day. Drink according to hunger and listen to your body, you can do this.
Day 8. No eating—Drink only fresh vegetable and fruit juices throughout the day plus 72 ounces of water during the day. By now you see that this is highly attainable, only one more day until you can eat again.
Day 9. 1 balanced meal, 3 fresh vegetable and fruit juices plus 72 ounces of water.
Day 10. 1 balanced meal, 3 fresh fruit and vegetable juices plus 72 ounces water. If you have stuck to the plan and haven’t eaten C.R.A.P. congratulations! You may attempt the Revive 10 Day Revive Your Life Challenge once every 4 months!
Your body will surely react to the changes. Don’t focus solely on the number of pounds you lost but also notice inches on your body and realize you have cleaned out the C.R.A.P. we are accustomed to eating.
